5 Outfits for the 4th of July!

>> Wednesday, July 4, 2012

Happy 4th of July everyone! As I was looking through my closet today I realized I had many options for a fun Independence Day outfit! Who knew I loved navy, red and white so much (Ok... maybe I did know). First off, I need to apologize for the horrendous quality of these photos. Yes, this professional photographer took some pretty crappy photos. But that's what you get when all you have is 15 minutes, a point and shoot camera and a self timer. You get bad photos. But despite their quality, you can still get the idea ;)

Here are 5 quick and easy ways to look chic on the 4th without breaking the bank. I choose the middle one for my day outfit, but I'm changing tonight for the fireworks!

Old Navy top
JCrew skirt
knockoff JCrew bubble necklace (ebay)
JCrew outlet jean jacket

Target dress
knockoff JCrew bubble necklace (ebay)
Loft red belt

Old Navy top
JCrew necklace
Loft shorts

JCrew outlet maxi dress
knockoff JCrew bubble necklace (ebay)
Loft red belt

Old Navy top
JCrew necklace
Loft shorts

I hope your day is filled with family, food and fireworks!

**update**
Here's what I actually wore for the evening fireworks show, also part of the Style Me July challenge of the day: Patriotic! The bugs were so bad (literally CLOUDS of them) that I didn't want to wear shorts or anything showing too much skin. The little buggers still managed to bite me 8 times, but the fireworks were worth it :)

Crap. I'm in love with that maxi dress! I have such problems finding maxis that aren't too long :( Love these choices! But I do miss your face!
